Financial Details

  • $1,000 PER TRANSACTION SIDEPaid at closing as a referral fee from agent commission.
  • NO Upfront PaymentStandard brokerage fees are separate.
  • If transaction does not closeFee is collected from the agent's NEXT closing.

How It Works

  • As-Needed ServiceA NEW Contract Assist Election Form is required for EACH transaction.
  • In-Person SessionsSessions can be held in person at a location chosen by the coach.
