My dad had a few phrases he liked to use repeatedly; "Always Give 110%", "It's About the Journey, Not the Destination" and "We're Moving!" By the time I graduated High School I had attended 11 different schools, lived in 4 different states, and moved 17 times. You name it, we did it! New Builds, being our own General Contractors, Short Sales, Foreclosures, For Sale by Owner, All-Day/All Weekend Showings, and Purchasing Site Unseen. I have experienced my fair share of Real Estate so when I decided to become a Realtor it felt like I was home.
I received my Real Estate License in 2014 and since then, I have successfully closed over 600 transactions. I have managed a Branch Office, served as a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Director, and I currently work in Agent Relations for My Home Group. I have been on many sides of a transaction and it is through those experiences that I believe I can best serve as a mentor.
When I am not surrounded by real estate I have a love for volunteering. In 2015 I won the title of Mrs. Arizona and during my year I was introduced to many respectable organizations throughout the valley that I still work with today. You can also find me binge listening to a true crime podcast or watching a true crime documentary, as ironic as it sounds, they calm my anxiety.
My family is the reason I work as hard as I do! I married my stud-muffin husband, Brice, in 2010 and together we have 4 kids, Kiyana, Kaiya, Kayelyn, and Crue. We are a very creative family and when we are together we are always building, creating, or trying something new. We love to travel, bake, and go to the movies and we are constantly looking for ways to make memories and live in the moment.
If you are looking to get started in real estate or if you are just looking for someone to talk about your JonBenet Ramsey theories with, I am your girl! As your Mentor I will "Always Give 110%" and the Journey to your real estate career will be memorable in all the right ways!

As a veteran spouse and Military Relocation Specialist, Amanda understands the challenges that come with major life transactions. She now serves as the Agent Services Manager and Partner Liaison for My Home Group, supporting agents across the brokerage in building strong, sustainable businesses.
As a mentor, Amanda’s passion lies in helping new agents thrive through relationship-based marketing, process clarity, and authentic client care. She takes the heart of her background in education and translates it into practical, real-world guidance—helping agents gain confidence, establish structure, and grow businesses rooted in connection and purpose. I enjoy sharing my experience, expertise, and network with homeowners and home buyers. I am a Marine Corps veteran, and have a deep respect for our armed forces, homeland security, local police, fire fighters, first responders, and educators. It is on the shoulders of these individuals that we have built our society. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, fishing, and sightseeing. I am also an avid NFL fan and cheer on the local college teams as well. I have networked with industry leaders on finding properties, fix and flips and consider myself an expert in most areas of residential real estate.
My client base is investors and referral based. I believe real estate is a people business, and my expertise and experiences lead me to be confident that I will be a perfect match for anyone looking to hit the ground running!

After gaining 10 years of knowledge & experience, I started my own independent mortgage broker business with a small team of hand-picked professionals. In 2011, I traded my mortgage broker’s license for a real estate license and became a full-time Realtor. With close to 3000 escrows under my belt, I became a certified instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in 2015. Shortly thereafter, I obtained my real estate broker’s license and have enjoyed being both a Consulting Broker and Managing Broker for local brokerages here in AZ, before becoming the Managing Broker at My Home Group.
In my free time I enjoy working in the garage or around the yard, playing a round of golf or traveling to visit my daughter in San Francisco and South Dakota. I also spend a week or two every summer in Iowa.

Unfortunately, I’m not the Jack Ryan from the books or movies. Luckily for us, I am the Realtor Jack Ryan! I don't have billboards just yet but you may have seen my big red open house signs on street corners all around the valley.
Selling Real Estate is not only a passion of mine, it's something that runs in my bloodline. I've been immersed in Real Estate from a young age. I like to say I’ve been licensed for a little over 5 years, but have been in the industry for 25.
As a youngster my dad would send me into his investment properties to knock on doors to collect rent because I was just short enough not to be seen through a peephole. That sort of adversity exposure taught me to remain comfortable during uncomfortable situations from a young age.
The ability to bring separate parties together to accomplish a common goal is my innate specialty. I’m now 33 years old and just bought my first home in Scottsdale near Mccormick Ranch. I take pride in always being available for my clients and providing elements of service that seem to have been lost over the years.
Real estate is a business of relationships, I pour foundations that are molded in trust, honesty, attentiveness and results. My favorite texts from clients typically say " we are so happy with our experience working with you and feel we got a great deal." If this sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, let's start building today.
